Crochet Mermaid Blanket

I saw this mermaid blanket in Pinterest and I have been searching for good tutorial that crochet beginner like me will able to understand.

I have to confessed, this is my very first big project for crochet and it took me 3 days and 12 spools of yarn to completed it.
